It’s an exciting time to be in the AI space for CX. TheLoops is growing and we are bringing on an Account Manager to assist in our continued growth.
Account Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Understand prospect’s needs & articulate TheLoops value proposition
- Develop pipeline and nurture opportunities using social media (LinkedIn), in person event networking, Hubspot and other strategies and platforms
- Run a tight sales cycle, negotiate contracts, and close deals while hitting quota
- Monitor the competitive landscape across AI and become the customers’ trusted advisor on industry trends, the competitive landscape and Support operations
- Solid understanding of Support operations, AI and quantifying ROI
Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience selling B2B solutions across Enterprise and Mid-market accounts
- Tech savvy and agile
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and ticketing solutions:
- Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom
- Past experience using Fathom, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Notion, and Hubspot
- Understand and be proficient in the MEDDIC sales strategy
- Excellent presentation, written communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Team player, optimistic attitude and able to work in fast paced, ever changing startup environment
- Independent/creative “self-starter” who can add value to other areas of the business
- Ability to work through various time zones and weekends as needed
