It’s an exciting time to be in the AI space for CX. TheLoops is growing and we are bringing on an Account Manager to assist in our continued growth.

Account Manager Job Responsibilities:
-Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of theloops platform.
-Understand prospect’s needs and identify how theloops platform can address them.
-Develop pipeline and business opportunities with lead generation tactics including social media
(LinkedIn, etc.), industry research, in person event networking, and account penetration through
email and cold calling.
-Run a tight sales cycle, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
-Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands theloops current ICP/customer base and
extends the company’s reach.
-Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends,
market activities, and competitive landscape. Solid understanding of marketing content,
industry trends and competitive landscape.
-Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Required skills and qualifications:
-Proven record of success of entire sales process, from planning to closing – Hitting sales goals
-Understand and be proficient in the MEDDIC sales strategy.
-Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
-Ability to travel up to 40%
-Independent/creative “self-starter” who can add value to other areas of the business.
-Ability to work through various time zones and weekends as needed.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
-4 year or equivalent college degree

We are looking for a proven customer marketing & community manager to put a diverse set of customers and their leaders at the heart of every moment that we create. This person will build inspiring customer stories and references that highlight the positive outcomes they achieve with TheLoops as well as build and manage a customer community to share best practices and foster a network of customer evangelists.

You’ll be working mostly remotely in the US or Asia with opportunities to meet with the rest of the team periodically.

Role Description:

Working closely with the Customer Success and Engineering team, this role will create content, both in communities as well as larger content pieces for sales and marketing. The type of content could vary from customer and documentation videos to case studies to community blogs. Proactively building and maintaining a customer marketing calendar will be key to the success in this role.

Another key aspect of this role is moderating and engaging in TheLoops user community.  This includes strategic work aimed at improving the quality, breadth, and outcomes of the community and research and collaboration within the community to feed into other parts of the business including Customer Success, Product and Sales.

In this role you will be expected to:

  • Put customers at the heart of everything. You will lead the company to anchor every narrative, every launch, every campaign on customer stories. You will partner with sales and customer success to harvest and maintain great customer relationships and narratives
  • Manage the day-to-day for the community and roll out great content working closely with marketing
  • Refine and execute on our community engagement strategy
  • Build and execute on a customer marketing calendar
  • Get to know everyone! Be a connector for people in the community
  • Use our community as a test bed for product feature releases

What you bring:

  • Strong generalist – Ability to seamlessly shift gears between different working styles and regularly learn new processes. Experience in tech/SaaS is preferred.
  • Great at project planning and organization – You should be comfortable balancing tasks within multiple projects with different stakeholders, which requires a high degree of organization. You should be able to manage both everyday tasks and long-term campaigns.
  • Comfortable with technology – ‍Easily adapt to new software and user interfaces. You will be the primary operator of the community and content creation tools.
  • Excellent communicator‍ – Great storyteller, skilled in both written and verbal communication. This could include text-based, video or even hosting live events.
  • Devoted to data – You need to be comfortable collecting and interpreting data. That means being able to accurately describe its significance, and understanding what it means for the community and/or business.
  • Empathetic – The ability to empathize is a key skill useful in everything from building relationships and understanding community dynamics, to diffusing conflict and more.

What We’re Looking For:

At TheLoops, the CSM will be part of the post-sale Success team working closely with a wide variety of customers ensuring they are onboarded onto TheLoops successfully, adopt it widely and are continually deriving business value. Our CSMs work closely with customers to ensure they derive value from TheLoops and continuously communicate and align with key stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone who is a phenomenal go-getter and doer and has a technical orientation. You’ll be our first hire in this team and you’ll be rewarded with industry pay and also seed-stage equity in the company.

Role Description:

Part project manager, delivery consultant and product expert, our CSM is continually focused on helping our customers be successful with TheLoops.

Working closely with the Engineering team, our CSMs help identify areas where existing customers could improve their use of or uncover new use cases for TheLoops. From time to time, our CSMs will work with Sales on pre-sales activities like pilot engagements to set up a customer for long term success.

In this role you will be expected to:

  • Put customers’ needs first and guide every aspect of the customer experience
  • Build and execute on customer success playbooks including setting up and delivering onboarding and training
  • Continually adapt and improve on customer onboarding assets & processes
  • Engage in a regular cadence with customers (including meet with customers onsite as needed) to discover and understand their needs to ensure a flawless experience
  • Take an insights and outcomes based mindset to every customer engagement
  • Partner with Sales to help drive retention and expansion while collaborating with Engineering to translate customer requirements into improvements and new solutions for customers
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation when customer issues arise
  • Collect product feedback and contribute to the product roadmap and GTM strategy
  • Help drive customer references and case studies

What you bring:

  • Experience driving implementations involving hands-on technical expertise a must
  • Relevant work experience in a customer success or professional services role. SaaS experience in an analytics software company is a plus
  • Proven track record of high customer retention, renewal, and growth
  • Natural problem solver and strategic thinker, comfortable manipulating large data-sets
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer engagement and adoption
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong relationships
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
