TheLoops empowers leaders and teams to transform their work through our innovative agentic platform, driving increased efficiency and operational scale across multiple large industry segments. We are looking for a dynamic builder and educator to create and implement a comprehensive, role- and industry-specific education program. This program will provide essential, unbiased guidance to help our customers effectively integrate AI into their enterprise operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of instructional design expertise, compelling technical storytelling abilities, and a deep understanding of modern AI applications.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, write, and edit tutorials, videos, webinars, guides and explainers that solve real‑world problems—from “What is Agentic AI” to “Build Embedded AI Workflows for Field Services in Automotive Industry”.
  • Educational Content Creation (All Audiences)
  • Translate complex concepts (embeddings, vector search, governance, compliance) into clear, step‑by‑step guidance tailored to job functions and verticals.
  • Partner with SMEs across Engineering, Product, and Industry GTM teams to ensure accuracy, early access, and fresh perspectives.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Design, and Video to produce compelling, on‑brand visuals and motion assets.
  • Work with Product Marketing and Campaigns to weave educational assets into go‑to‑market motions, nurture streams, and customer onboarding journeys.
  • Launch a learning destination within TheLoops featuring modular, role‑ and industry‑based learning pathways (e.g., AI Essentials for CIOs, Content AI for Developers, Compliance in Industrial AI).
  • Operate a quarterly curriculum roadmap synchronized with product releases, partner launches, and customer pain points.
  • Recruit and manage freelancers, instructors, and partner contributors to expand coverage while maintaining quality and voice.
  • Establish governance for localization, accessibility, and content lifecycle (audit/retire/update).

  • Passionately curious about AI: You possess a working understanding of AI fundamentals, including LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and vector databases, and you’re committed to staying at the forefront of this rapidly evolving field.

  • Technically adept: You’re comfortable diving into technical documentation, from code to research papers, and can confidently discuss complex topics with both developers and executives.
  • A proven builder: You have a history of successfully creating and launching educational platforms, documentation portals, training programs, or learning communities. If not, you’re eager to demonstrate your capability in this area.
  • Seamless cross-functional communicator: You excel at bridging communication gaps, effortlessly translating technical and business concepts between product managers, engineers, marketers, and customers.

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years in education marketing, technical writing, developer or community enablement, or instructional design (8–12 years for Sr. Manager)
  • Portfolio of multi‑format learning assets (courses, tutorials, videos) that drove measurable adoption / engagement
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication—able to simplify technical jargon for any audience
  • On‑camera or podcast‑hosting experience
  • Experience with LMS platforms ( TalentLMS, Seismic or Equivalent)

Success in 3-6 Months

  • Launch a learning destination within TheLoops with Getting started guides for our Agentic Platforms, AI Explained glossary, comprehensive Knowledge base and 20+ Video based learning guides.
  • Strategy to and wire frame for complete learning paths (role‑based, industry‑based, and TheLoops‑product‑based).
  • Publish 6–8 flagship AI + TheLoops tutorials per quarter, each earning ≥ 1000 unique organic views and a combined 90 % “helpful” rating across audiences.
