Are you a multi-faceted, creative marketer with a knack for strategic communication, storytelling, project management and collaboration? TheLoops AI, a leader in predictive Support operations, is seeking an individual with strong writing skills and conversion rate optimization experience to contribute to our dynamic team. This role will report to our Head of Marketing.
Your Responsibilities:
Product Expertise: Understand our product, buyers, problems they need to solve and the differences in target market segments. Develop value propositions and messaging that differentiate TheLoops and articulate our impact across the customer support AI space.
Content Creation: Curate compelling content for outbound email (sales sequences and event marketing/newsletter copy), social media and solutions briefs that demonstrates the value of our solutions. Jargon and filler words won’t work–we want to understand our prospects’ jobs to be done and storytell the results we will help them achieve with creativity, engagement and real customer success metrics.
Strategy and Testing: Create content (emails, A/B testing, blogs and social media) and campaigns to uncover what converts. Evaluate effectiveness and optimize the sales cycle through relevant marketing. You will embrace the art and science of marketing here!
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to validate market needs. Leverage prospect feedback to update collateral, pitch decks, blogs and FAQs to enhance the sales enablement process.
Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends through competitive analysis. Provide insights to guide content and campaign development in response to market demands.
Data-Driven Performance Tracking: Track/report on the performance of content+collateral initiatives to increase sales and top of funnel impact. We embrace a culture of testing, tracking KPIs and improving our results.

Your Experience:
Copywriting/storytelling: Demonstrate a knack for digital communication and standing out within the inbox/Linkedin feed. Copywriting skills and familiarity with lifecycle marketing (tracking opens, clicks, replies and demo requests) are a must!
Digital Marketing: We are looking for someone with an understanding of writing for SEO and people. You will look at email marketing and web marketing analytics as well as pipeline velocity to track impact of the content created.
Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to tell a story from the perspective of a user, buyer, or internal stakeholder. Has worked in a remote environment before.
Ideal for: 2+ years in marketing, product messaging development, content strategy, go-to-market operations, or related field. Bonus if you’re Hubspot email marketing and Google analytics certified.
Tech Sector Background: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in the tech sector. Bonus is you’ve studied Public relations or journalism.
